Emotions are the language of the soul and are perceived through the body.

Thoughts are the language of the analytical mind and are perceived through words.

Emotions and thoughts are transmitted in our organism through electrical impulses and chemical substances (hormones, transmitters). These processes occur in milliseconds, but in terms of speed, the electrical impulses are faster and occur virtually instantaneously. These electrical currents can be recorded from the outside of the brain using a measuring instrument as an EEG. Depending on the frequencies measured, one can determine whether a person is in a relaxed or tense mode.

The more low-frequency and consistent the different brain regions oscillate with each other, the more relaxed and focused we are. We break through the stress-induced flight, fight, or freeze program, which, if persisting over a longer period in the body, is always the cause of imbalances. To create healing coherence in the brain, it is necessary to generate beneficial feelings and thoughts in the body. This is the goal of mindfulness exercises and meditation.
