have depressive moods
sense that there may be deeper causes behind your symptoms
do not feel in your midst
are chronically tired
want to release physical and mental blockages in the desire to have children
feel unbalanced
have already tried many things, but have not yet reached their goal

Aim: "Clearing the center" by releasing physically stored injuries

Dr. Annemarie Schweizer-Arau is the founder of Systemic Autoregulation Therapy (SART).
She developed sinosomatics on this basis – together with placebo researcher Prof. Dr. Karin Meißner and neuroscientist Prof. Dr. Florian Beißner.

This is a form of therapy that combines knowledge from traditional Chinese medicine with elements from psychotherapy as well as elements from body therapy.

During the treatment, the patient is repeatedly instructed to “feel inside”.
As part of this introspection, attention is focused on the sensations that arise in the various parts of the body.
This allows possible “old” injuries (physical or emotional) to resurface and be resolved.

The aim of the treatment is to “clear the center”.
We use this form of therapy, among other things, to “unlock” the body for further treatments.

Procedure of a sinosomatics session

Dr. Dikdur will first conduct a detailed medical history interview with you.
Furthermore, a physical examination is carried out and the tongue and pulse findings are recorded.
On this basis, a TCM diagnosis can be made.

At the beginning of your sinosomatics session, we will then discuss the symptoms you have experienced and any issues already identified in the anamnesis interview.

We take a total of around 1 hour to clear your “center” and release deep-seated blockages (both on a neural and emotional level as well as on the Qi level).
This is done by searching the entire body for painful pressure points according to a predetermined pattern.
If such points are found, there are various ways of releasing the blockage.
In addition to acupuncture, these include other techniques such as the use of a tuning fork or a dermaroller.
Blockages can also be released by applying heat or triggering reflexes.

During the session, we will repeatedly focus your attention on your physical and emotional sensations, which in most cases will provide you with important additional information.
The body is put into a relaxed, trance-like state so that inner images and answers to current symptoms can also emerge.

Finally, you should rest for about 20 minutes.
You will feel very relaxed after your sinosomatics session.
